Blair grew up in a small community north of the Twin Cities, and much of his time was spent in the downtown area. Blair has always had an interest in architecture, and in 2001 he opened his own home renovation company that specialized in historic property. As the sole proprietor of his company, Blair learned what it takes to buy, sell and manage residential property.

Blair spent three years working as a field contractor in New York City, which has given him a unique perspective on all types of property. Having worked with people from all walks of life, Blair takes an upfront approach with his clients to help them make the right decisions.
