Brenda Schute
Sr. Leasing Agent

Brenda
was born and raised in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. While growing up,
her mother drove the family around to see the "sights of the cities,"
and Brenda thoroughly enjoyed their trips.
After
graduating from Irondale High School, Brenda moved to St. Cloud, MN, to pursue
a degree in Recreation Administration, Sports Management and Outdoor Education.
After graduating, Brenda landed a job as a property manager for the college's
off-campus housing for 2 years, and it was during that time that Brenda
realized her drive, passion, and affinity for teamwork. Brenda is now back in the
Twin Cities area, ready to give back to the town she grew up in. She remembers
from those car rides as a kid that there is so much to see and do around the
Twin Cities area.
When
Brenda isn't busy finding you a home, she can be found out and enjoying nature.
She loves spending time with friends fishing, snowboarding, camping or
coaching/playing ice hockey.
Brenda
puts her heart and soul in to her position as Leasing Agent. She does the
little things that most Agents wouldn’t think about. She is someone you can
come to with any of your questions or concerns. She thinks about everything
when someone is looking for renting or look to lease out their home. Brenda
spends extra time on the phone qualifying (getting to know) a tenant looking
for a rental property.
Brenda
feels by taking that extra time on the phone, she in turns find the home that
fits all your needs. She looks out for the best interest of everyone the
homeowner & tenant. Every property she takes under her wing she treats it
like her own. Brenda strives on being flexible, for setting up showings, to
answering phone calls and emails late and night. She understands that people
are busy with their 9-5 jobs; she meets with most homeowners after dinner with
their family. Brenda understands taking this rental stress off a homeowner to
spend more time with their family is key.
Brenda
has a large area that she knows very well. Growing up in this northern area she
has learned and knows many things that a person just moving to town would not
know. Brenda’s mother was big on making memories and having traditions, every
weekend Brenda’s Mother would drive them around to new fun events around town.
Brenda would gladly share these things about the city with you. If you have any

In this northern area rental prices vary. The homes closer to the Twin City Metro Area, are built 40+ years ago as you move out away from the 694/494 Loop you will find newer homes. Townhomes and Single Family homes are going up all over. There are many shops, malls, restaurants and sporting events around the area. There are a few things you want to think about when you are looking to rent. Ask yourself these few questions:
1. How many bedrooms are you looking for?
2. How many bathrooms are you looking for?
3. Price you are looking to spend? 90% of all homes for rent you as a tenant are responsible for all utilities.
4. LOCATION, LOCATION. LOCATION? Where do you want to live and why?
