Having been a Minnesota REALTOR® for over 7 years, Dustin Doebber has the experience and knowledge you're looking for in this challenging market! When Dustin first began his career in real estate, he focused primarily on all aspects of Investment Real Estate. He spent his first 5 years working with investors who were new to real estate, educating them on how to successfully buy, own, manage and maintain their investments of single family homes and multi-unit buildings. He also worked hand-in-hand with seasoned investors, growing their portfolios and assisting them in 1031 exchanges to continually obtain larger and larger properties. Dustin not only worked with investors, but became one himself, owning his own rental properties here in the Twin Cities. He was also instrumental in helping set up a property management company for investors and home owners, which later went on to manage over a 100 different properties throughout the metro area.
Dustin then spent the next 2 years working for the largest home builder in the country. During those 2 years he guided many buyers through the process and all the fine details that go along with building the home of their dreams. Whether it was an entry level townhome or a 5,000+ square foot executive home, Dustin made sure it not only met, but exceeded their expectations on every level.
Dustin has always been a resident of MN. Originally from the Alexandria area, he later moved to the Twin Cities, living in and around the South Metro/Burnsville area for most his life. Wanting to be closer to the city, Dustin has spent the past 5 years living in Downtown Minneapolis, and now lives in Uptown by Lake Calhoun. When not working, Dustin enjoys going to sporting events such as a Twins or MN Wild game, or just enjoying all that downtown and the lakes area have to offer. He is also very passionate about all aspects of Sno-X Racing, similar to what you would see on ESPN's Winter X Games. Having been a former Sno-X racer himself (starting out at only 2 years old), he has enjoyed growing up in the sport, and watching it grow as well.
