 If you are looking for the utmost professionalism and a very detailed understanding of the real estate market Nick is your perfect choice within Minneapolis and Edina.   Although, born and raised in Edina, MN Nick decided to venture out after high school in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in History from the University of Colorado. However while in Colorado and experiencing countless activities of history and real estate overlapping Nick obtained his real estate license as well as an appraisers license giving him a unique perspective on all facets of the real estate valuation, sales and buying process.

Shortly thereafter and after moving back to MN he went in pursuit of a Construction Management Minor from the University of Minnesota allowing him total insight of the entire spectrum of buying, selling, leasing and even building.

Nick has been employed primarily in the commercial real estate industry for the past five years working in multi-family development and land sales in the Minneapolis/Metro area.  Nick also has experience in residential real estate sales and leasing.  With a focus on the Metro areas of Minneapolis, Edina and St. Louis Park, Nick prides himself on an extensive knowledge of these core areas, offering exceptional service and results to his clients while always ensuring an open line of communication.
