- Sign In yard. Notifying all traffic, neighbors, prospective tenants of the home in which is available.

- Handle and Screen all Calls / Emails. Calls can come in at 6 a.m. and calls can come in at 10 p.m. and the juggling of those phone calls is quite a task. Homeowners often waste a ton of time sorting out good calls from those not so good. By choosing us you have a leasing agent who will handle all the calls, play the game of “phone tag” and sort out those that are truly qualified to see the property available from those who are not qualified.

- Provide Rental Application to Prospects. Often times, from a homeowner perspective; a name, phone number, verbal story of who someone is and handshake are not enough to determine if a tenant is a qualified candidate able to rent your home. The Metro Resource Group supplys applicants with applications and from those we are able to see more in depth what a tenants story is (on the surface).

- Full Background Check Processing. Applications are surface stories and therefore they need to be processed in order to really tell the full real story. Once the Metro Resource Group has received the application it is processed and a full income, asset and job verification background check is available for review.

- Review Session for Homeowner. It is here that we will present all applicants. Lay out their full story and allow you the homeowner to determine who fits your property based on their qualifications.

- Negotiate Lease. We work with both the owner and the tenant in hopes of finding common ground in which allows each party involved to feel comfortable living out the terms of the lease.

- Schedule and Coordinate Move in / Perform Checklist. Often time’s owners do not want to take time out of their day to meet a new tenant at a property, hand over keys and document all dents, scratches, and defaults at the property.

- Schedule and Coordinate Move out at lease end. Meet previous tenants at property. Document all dents, scratches, defaults and compare the new items with that of the old items. Discuss with owner normal wear and tear vs. damage and assess cost.

- Re-Rent subject property for a second term. We pride ourselves as a service that is out to gain repeat business. Often times we work with owners at the end of the lease to again find them a new qualified candidate for their next term needed. It’s about building a relationship and we look forward to earning and keeping your business.

- Providing Not Just A Tenant but Also Rental Management.
