Rental Management Support

As a client of BSL Real Estate, you are designated a leasing agent who will be available to help you with finding your rental property tenant and negotiating the terms of the lease with the best interest of you and your property in mind.

Once those terms have been negotiated and a tenant has moved in, BSL Real Estate has specialists that will help you with everything from move-in coordination through to post-lease move-out, walk-throughs and securtiy deposit refunds.

Funds Management

Anything to do with money in or out including rent collections, rent dispersements, security deposit issues, funds transfers and invoice payments.

Maintenance Management

As with any property, whether you personally occupy it or have a tenant occupy it, there may be some unplanned issues which arise.  Those issues are often classified as either emergency or general (non-emergency).

Emergency Maintenance

Situations are considered emergency if they are an immediate threat to the occupant. Examples of emergency issues are sparking wires, flooding that cannot be controlled by shutting off a valve, and a furnace going out during winter months.

Lockout

If you happen to lock your keys in your home or car, leave them at work or at the gym, give Larry a call and he will assist you in getting you into your home.  A Service Charge of $100 will be charged and must be paid upon arrival.
